Terms of Service for Arcadian Reclaim

1. Age Requirements: As Arcadian Reclaim involves web3 assets that can be minted using MATIC, users should comply with any age requirements or restrictions applicable to the use of such web3 technologies in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Geographic Restrictions: There are no current geographic restrictions for accessing and participating in Arcadian Reclaim. However, Project Dignity reserves the right to implement geographic limitations at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Data and Privacy: Project Dignity does not store personal information but collects IP addresses to protect the game's integrity. Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal information and ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. Note that Project Dignity cannot know if an IP address is static or dynamic. All IP addresses collected are considered to be dynamic, cannot be linked to a person and as such are not considered personal data as per C-582/14: Patrick Breyer v Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

4. User Conduct: Users are expected to adhere to strict guidelines for behavior within Arcadian Reclaim, including but not limited to refraining from exploiting any in-game mechanics, bugs, or glitches. Project Dignity maintains high control and enforces a no-lenience policy for violations of these guidelines.

5. Dispute Resolution: Project Dignity holds ultimate authority in resolving disputes between players or between players and Project Dignity. Users acknowledge and accept that Project Dignity may take any action it deems necessary to address disputes or violations of these Terms of Service.

6. User-Generated Content: Users must not create or share content that may harm or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Project Dignity or other users. Project Dignity reserves the right to ban or nullify assets if it determines that user-generated content is harmful, derogatory, or otherwise inappropriate. This also includes any unrequested use of intellectual property rights, reviewed on a case-by-case nature.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policies: No refunds or cancellations are allowed for in-game purchases or transactions unless offered by Project Dignity as a goodwill gesture.

8. Changes to Terms of Service: Project Dignity will communicate any changes to the Terms of Service through GitBooks whitepaper, daily wallet transactions requiring user signatures, and a Code of Conduct accompanying major patches. Users are responsible for staying informed about updates and agreeing to comply with any changes.

9. Account Termination: Project Dignity reserves the right to terminate a user's account or access to Arcadian Reclaim at its sole discretion, especially in cases where users violate the Terms of Service, the Code of Conduct, or otherwise act in a manner deemed harmful to the game or its community. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

   Arcadian Reclaim is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Project Dignity makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the game, the accuracy or completeness of the game's content, or the suitability of the game for any particular purpose.

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Dignity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

   Project Dignity does not warrant that Arcadian Reclaim will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You expressly agree that your use of the game is at your sole risk.

   In no event shall Project Dignity, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use Arcadian Reclaim, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any other matter relating to the game.

By creating an account and participating in Arcadian Reclaim, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any future updates or modifications.
